We value and support our diverse team of AI Training Specialists. That’s why we’ve created a Code of Ethics to guide our approach to engaging with them. Our Code ensures that the AI Training Specialists have a voice, that we respect their privacy and confidentiality, and that they receive fair compensation for their contributions. By prioritizing their inclusion and well-being, we can create AI models that are robust, unbiased, and reflective of community needs and values. Collaboration is key, so we work with policymakers, industry peers, and civil society to promote ethical AI practices and advance responsible AI technologies.

Sustainability & Climate Change

We take responsibility for our impact on the environment and are committed to sustainability and climate change. To achieve this, we signed up to the Science Based Target initiative (SBTi), with a goal of limiting global warming. Our Net Zero Roadmap outlines our path to achieve net zero emissions by 2030. We also work on policies around responsible resource use, water, and waste to minimize our environmental impact. Our Environmental Position Statement reflects our commitment to environmental responsibility and good corporate citizenship. We remain dedicated to exploring innovative ways to reduce our environmental impact and embrace sustainable practices across all areas of our business.
